We offer matwork classes in Esher, from Beginner level upwards. Specialist lessons available upon request for Pre-Natal and Mum and Baby/Post-Natal clients. Private and semi-private tuition is also available at the Victoria Wale Pilates and Rehabilitation Studio in Byfleet Village, Surrey.

Both studios are conveniently located giving easy access from Esher, Cobham, Oxshott, Walton-on-Thames, Weybridge and the surrounding areas.

All our Pilates instructors are fully qualified with Body Control Pilates®, the world leader in the Pilates Method.
