Pilates Personal Training

Pilates Personal Training gives you the freedom to practice Pilates at a time that fits in with your schedule. The sessions are perfect for clients who prefer to practice in a more private environment or have a strict time schedule - with Pilates Personal Training, we can work around you. Pilates Personal training sessions utilize the studio Pilates equipment including Reformer, Trapeze Table and Combo Chair.

Rehabilitation: Whether you are recovering from injury or surgery, experiencing reduced range of movements or pain associated to movement, tailored sessions can help facilitate recovery, build strength and improve movement patterns. You may have been referred to us by a medical professional. We work alongside locally based physiotherapists, osteopaths, surgeons and GPs. With our regular consultations with your chosen medical professional, you can be assured the upmost care and attention is taken to ensure you receive a well designed and thought out rehabilitation programme.

Or, you may decide to come and see us yourself - maybe you have an annoying ache or pain that just does not seem to go away no matter what you try.

In both cases, you will be assigned an experienced instructor who will guide you through your own individual and appropriate exercise programme.
