Terms and Conditions

Mat Classes
All mat classes are booked and paid for on a term basis. We require full payment at time of booking. No refunds are given for missed classes and classes cannot be carried over to a future term or applied against private lessons.

If you are unable to attend your mat class on a given day, please telephone the reception team on 0208 398 4184 or 0208 398 2200. You can reschedule your class to another day or time during the same term as long as space is available.

Creattiva Pilates reserves the right to change their publicised timetable depending on client demand and teacher availability. We reserve the right to substitute teachers without notice where necessary.

If your class is rescheduled or cancelled, you will be offered a suitable alternative or a refund for that class.

* Free Introductory Sessions equates to one matclass per new client. Subject to availability in chosen class.

Private Lessons
A credit or debit card number is required when booking a private or semi-private lesson. All private and semi-private lessons are one hour in duration unless agreed otherwise with the instructor. We operate a 24-hour notice period for these lessons. The full fee will be charged for no-shows and late cancellations. Private lessons are non-refundable once booked. Block sessions must be used within 6 months of date of booking.
